PC® BEEF WELLIE BITES, 288 g

Description

not merely a mini, but a bite-sized mission in appy mastery. We trusted none other than our soft and flaky puff pastry for a crown of crispiness. Its vented top isn't just for show (though, we do admit it does look good). It's a trick that helps steam escape, so our pastry keeps its crunch. Next, real Wellington whizzes know mushroom duxelles (a.k.a. minced mushrooms) are the key to unlocking that coveted umami taste. Only our best champignons, seasoned with savoury herbs, would do. The pièce de résistance: shredded beef so tender it practically melts in one perfectly snackable bite.
